TriHeritage Global Capital OÜ has submitted an application to the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority (EFSRA) for registration as a small fund manager according to Section 453 of the Estonian Investment Funds Act. It has also submitted an application requesting approval for activities under the MLTFP Act [financial institution license] from the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit (EFIU). The applications are currently being reviewed by the regulators, but there is no assurance the registrations will be granted.
The intent of TriHeritage is to issue loans directly from the fund, if and when the registrations are complete.
