We hereby inform that TriHeritage Global Capital OÜ has submitted an application to the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority for registration as a small fund manager according to Section 453 of the Estonian Investment Funds Act.
Upon confirmation of the registration, TriHeritage Global Capital OÜ will operate on the basis of such registration and does not hold an operating licence as a fund manager or a small fund manager within the meaning of the Investment Funds Act. In the case of a registered small fund manager, the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority exercises supervision only over compliance with the registration obligation and disclosure requirements and does not supervise the substance of the manager’s activities.
