We bring 80 years of combined experience across the financial, consumer goods, restaurant and energy sectors. We’ve held senior leadership roles in world-class multinational corporations like J.P. Morgan and Coca-Cola.
We also have a proven track record of entrepreneurship in building small and midsize companies plus experience in government-owned enterprises.

We seek strong companies with operating profits of €250k to €5mn.
We provide loans of €250k to €1mn under the following terms:
- Senior position in the capital structure
- Floating interest rates
- Monthly interest payments
- Fully collateralised with high-quality assets
- 3-year maturities
- Strong capacity for interest and principal repayment
- Board observation rights
- EU-based companies
We also offer advisory services for the companies we support to evaluate their capital requirements and optimise their capital structure.
INVESTMENT APPROACH
Our approach centers on generating attractive current income combined with capital preservation. We invest in a diversified portfolio of senior, secured, floating-rate loans privately originated.
